Romantic grounds, but service falls short
The grounds were fine, dotted with tropical plants and magical lighting in the evenings. Our room was beautifully decorated.
Unfortunately, the service at Valentina's restaurant was slow, and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations. It took forever for our meal to arrive and left much to be desired.

Couples looking for an exotic getaway
The hacienda was like a dream with its beautiful gardens very well kept that gave the feeling of stepping into a paradise. Our stay included a relaxing massage that was really good and helped us unwind from our travels, I can't remember the last time I felt that relaxed.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

Staying at Hacienda Santa Cruz was a blend of beauty and challenges. The gardens are fine, filled with vibrant tropical plants. I loved the well-maintained grounds. The two heated pools offered a perfect spot to unwind. The complimentary bikes were a great touch, allowing me to explore the surroundings easily. The intimate atmosphere in the evening, thanks to the beautiful lighting throughout the hotel, created a magical ambiance. The service at Valentina's restaurant lagged significantly. I waited nearly an hour for two main dishes, frustrating. The breakfast left much to be desired. It was disappointing and not enough to satisfy. The room itself was well-designed, but the thin walls made it difficult to have privacy. The aesthetics and tranquil setting were nice, but the service issues and breakfast quality detracted from the experience.

During our Christmas holiday, we stayed at a beautiful and welcoming hotel for 5 nights. The rooms were decorated with exquisite taste, and we enjoyed the two pools available. The hotel is conveniently situated, allowing us to visit several sites and towns during our stay. we appreciated the delicious breakfast with freshly baked goods.
Although the food was tasty, it was a bit pricey, compared to other options around. the staff was not always easily approachable, and we had difficulties communicating when we needed some assistance.

Lovely Oasis in Merida
We recently stayed at a beautiful hacienda in Merida and had an lovely experience. The grounds were fine, filled with lush plants and trees that created a tranquil atmosphere. The owners, a friendly French couple, have done an amazing job renovating this old hacienda into a magical place to stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with some even having 8-foot thick walls that added to the charm. The art throughout the hacienda was beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance.
