Romantic grounds, but service falls short

The grounds were stunning, dotted with tropical plants and magical lighting in the evenings. Our room was beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after long days exploring.

Unfortunately, the service at Valentina's restaurant was extremely slow, and the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations. It took forever for our meal to arrive and left much to be desired.

The hacienda was like a dream with its beautiful gardens very well kept that felt like stepping into a paradise. Our stay included a relaxing massage that was truly exceptional and helped us unwind from our travels, I can't remember the last time I felt that relaxed.

It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

I waited nearly an hour for two main dishes, which was frustrating. The breakfast left much to be desired. it was disappointing and not enough to satisfy. The room itself was well-designed, but the thin walls made it difficult to have privacy. Overall, the aesthetics and tranquil setting made the stay worthwhile, but the service issues and breakfast quality detracted from the experience.
